You must have one year (52 Weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the NEXT LOWER BAND, CS-II, PE-IIA, PT-II or GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, which has equipped you with the skills and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position is defined as conducting analyses and developing policies and procedures regarding resource utilization, organization, mission and functions, workload analysis and measurement

Serve as project manager on special projects.

Collaborate with other organizations to assist in developing goals, objectives, and measures performance and to align and integrate action plans
