Eligibilities
1. Are you a current Permanent (Tenure 1 OR 2) full-time Dual Status Army National Guard Technician within the state for which this position is being advertised?

To verify your eligibility, you must submit a copy of your Notification of Personnel Action, Standard Form 50 (SF 50) reflecting your Tenure status in Block 24 (1, 2, or 3). 

Lateral requests must be a current full-time Tennessee National Guard PERMANENT (Tenure 1 or Tenure 2) on-board employee, in the same occupational series, same pay grade or higher and meet the qualification requirements for the position blocks 16-18 will reflect Occupational Series Code and grade level.

3. Ensures that all requirements necessary to execute the plans have been identified and coordinated. (limit characters)
4. Provides training and assistance to units and activities in the preparation and data entry of associated current federal operating systems and may be required to serve as a Functional Manager for assigned systems. (limit characters)
5. Plans, coordinates, and participates in the highway movement portion of exercises involving military, civil defense, state or local echelons of government, in practice alerts, command post exercises, field training exercises and emergency operations simulations. (limit characters)
6. Receives, reviews and processes requests for convoy clearance using the Transportation Coordinators' Automated Information System II (TCAIMS II and issues Convoy Movement Orders (CMO) which provides assigned routes and scheduled movement times to convoy commanders. (limit characters)
7. Inspects container and submits maintenance report to the Container Control Officer (CCO) for entry into the Joint Container Management (JCM). (limit characters)
