2. Within the last three (3) years, do you have displayed experience with Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) Business Operation to included (Resales, COG’S, inventory), budget planning and execution to include submission of Capital Purchase and Minor Construction projects? (limit characters)
3. Do you have experience with program/operational analysis, course of action development, strategic/business planning, and execution of both written and verbal presentations? (limit characters)
4. Do you have experience with creation and execution of internal/external partnerships that support NAF operations, e.g., support agreements, MOA/MOUs, service contracts and blanket purchase agreements? (limit characters)
