Highly Qualifying Criteria
In order to be considered for the highly preferred criteria, your resume must show that you meet ALL the minimum qualifications, and ALL of the highly preferred criteria. Within the last three (3) years, do you have demonstrated experience in delivering leadership and analytical decision making at the program/operational level within a military business or recreation organization?

Within the last three (3) years, do you have displayed experience with Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) Business Operation to included (Resales, COG’S, inventory), budget planning and execution to include submission of Capital Purchase and Minor Construction projects?
3.
Do you have experience with program/operational analysis, course of action development, strategic/business planning, and execution of both written and verbal presentations?
4.
Do you have experience with creation and execution of internal/external partnerships that support NAF operations, e.g., support agreements, MOA/MOUs, service contracts and blanket purchase agreements?
