2. General Experience: Do you have experience in positions supporting competencies in business, finance, risk management, project management, or supply chain management? Experience must include competencies such as skill in collecting and analyzing data and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively and other professional competencies in procurement administration or purchase card management.

3. Specialized Experience: Do you possess one-year of specialized contracting experience at the GS-12 level that required a working knowledge of a wide variety of contracting methods and contract types sufficient to perform pre-award/post-award and/or contract price/cost analysis? You must have experience performing acquisition planning; contract price and cost analysis/cost accounting techniques, comprehensive negotiation techniques and a working knowledge of statutes and regulations as they apply to procurement functions. Any applicant selected will receive a tentative offer of appointment contingent upon passing a Contracting Officer Review Board (CORB), and obtaining a contracting warrant.

5. Plan, request and negotiate the acquisition of all necessary resources to support the Contracting Office and prepares input for annual budgets and/or construction using a wide range of contracting methods and contract types.

10. Advise mission partners on execution and priority of operational contract support and the overall priority and focus of key programs and projects.
