Eligibilities
1.
Are you a current on-board permanent or indefinite employee (T32 military technicians/ T5 National Guard employees) with membership in the Tennessee Air National Guard?
To verify your eligibility, you must submit a copy of your Notification of Personnel Action, Standard Form 50 (SF 50) reflecting your Tenure status in Block 24 (1, 2, or 3). For Lateral requests blocks 16-18 will reflect Occupational Series Code and grade level.

Exercise expertise in multiple security disciplines to monitor changes in technology, policy, and procedures to solve complex problems, make key decisions, and maximize effectiveness of local programs.

Leverage comprehensive knowledge of security programs to serve as principal advisor to senior leaders within and outside the organization on all matters related to the administration of integrated defense and law enforcement programs.
5.
Establish relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to accurately assess threats, share information, and mitigate risk.
6.
Develop, implement, and review organizational policies, ensuring compliance with DoD, AF, ANG, and State regulations, interpreting, and advising on proper application of methods and procedures.
7.
Conduct formal Criticality, Vulnerability, and Threat assessments in order to determine risk.
