Your SF-50 must include enough information to be able to determine that time-in-grade requirements have been met (if applicable) and include your position title, pay plan/series/grade, tenure and the type of appointment (i.e. Competitive or Excepted). Ability To Do The Work Of The Position Without More Than Normal Supervision

Operates electric and motor vehicles to include golf carts, sedans, crew cabs and pickup trucks, platform trucks, vans, stake trucks, tractors, passenger shuttle vans and buses, passenger buses (16 or more passengers and/or patients), passenger and DUV ambulance buses which are equipped with litter equipment and other medical support equipment.

Operates, on a seasonal basis, rotary snow plows, dump trucks weighing 28,000 lbs. GVW and sanding units in support of snow removal and ice control operations.
5.
Perform operator maintenance on all vehicles to include, but not limited to monitoring fluid levels, replacing air filters, replacing interior lights, checking tir pressure and hose connections and washing vehicles.

Operates vehicles over uneven terrain, over improved/unimproved roads, in all types of weather and through congested areas as well as over Federal, state and county roads and city streets in all traffic conditions.
7.
Posses and maintain a valid driver's license and CDL license (Class C with P endorsement) in the Commonwealth of Virginia to drive vehicles designed to transport 16 or more passengers including the driver.
8.
Consistently communicates and treats customers (e.g. patients, visitors, volunteers and all staff) in a courteous, tactful and respectful manner.
9.
Assists with vehicle Dispatch and clerical duties associated with transportation operations.
10.
Assists patients in and out of vehicles and buses which involves physical exertion and frequent stooping and bending. Considerable physical exertion may be required to change tires and make limited emergency repairs.
