1. This position requires one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the NEXT LOWER BAND, PT-II, PE-I, CS-II or GS-13 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent, (1) applying assessment and evaluation techniques to include cost/benefits analysis, human capital acquisition planning, and risk management; and (2) developing or modifying requirements for a variety of projects focused on data analysis and continuous improvement.
