3. Employee must have Journeyman level HVAC training and working knowledge of plumbing (pipefitting), steamfitting, general mechanical, and electronics trades including Direct Digital and Solid State Electronics. (limit characters)
4. Employee must have experience, skill and knowledge to operate, maintain, repair and troubleshoot air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation, electrical and plumbing systems and components. (limit characters)
5. Employee is responsible for the proper, safe, and efficient maintenance of the food preparation cook-chill system and heat-on-tray delivery equipment. The system includes chill blast chiller, convection (rethermalization) tray delivery carts and Retherm Module-Single Bay Units. (limit characters)
6. Employee is responsible for the maintenance of all other dietetic equipment that includes, but is not limited to, dish machines, food choppers, food mixers, food sliders, dish conveyors, garbage disposals, and grinders, pot and pan washers, all types of food and supply carts, lowerator and other food-related mechanical equipment. 7. Employee shall accomplish maintenance (preventive or repair) as required, including inspection, lubrication, adjustment, cleaning, overhaul and repair of all machinery, equipment and working spaces. This includes, but is not limited to, disassembling, cleaning and reassembling various traps, filters and strainers, detecting scale/ corrosion and applying proper preventive chemical treatment. 8. Employee must maintain and complete official records such as logbooks, recording data obtained from gauges, thermometers, etc. Employee must establish and maintain records of preventive maintenance and equipment repairs. Employee traces and locates trouble and defects by visual check or by using a variety of test equipment such as test lamps, ohm/ammeters, receptacle testers and voltmeters. (limit characters)
