1. Do you have the ability to perform the work of the position without more than normal supervision? Duties include operating, maintaining and repairing multiple utility systems in the Bay Pines Medical Center Facility. Such work requires the employee to start, stop and regulate the utilities and their system components for optimum efficiency and to troubleshoot, maintain and repair them. Preventive maintenance will be accomplished according to predetermined routine guidelines on various mechanical equipment and systems.

7. Operate 24 hour a day, 7 day a week energy control center with continuous monitoring and operation of complex utilities and medical gas systems.
