SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE 09:
Do you have at least 1 year experience at the GS-0089-07? (Must submit SF 50 to verify claim)

OR

Do you have experience that provide the KSAs need for the position:

  • That involves applying principles, concepts, and methods of emergency management operations sufficient to design projects having applicable precedents where well-established occupational methods, techniques, processes and precedents can be utilized.
  • Knowledge of and skill in applying a comprehensive range of principles, concepts and practices relating to emergency management operations in carrying out the full scope of emergency management operations for the ANG Aviation Wing and supported units.
  • Knowledge of a variety of emergencies, hazards, or natural and man-made/technological (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, high-yield explosives) incidents.
  • Knowledge of emergency management and related directives, policies, regulations, procedures, and methods; and the collaboration and fostering of relationships between Federal, State, local governments and non-governmental organizations or the private sector, and their response mechanisms and authorities.

OR
 

Master's or equivalent graduate degree, or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.B. or J.D., if related. 
College academic courses or technical school education in business management, speech, English grammar, algebra, biology, physics, chemistry, and computer operations.

3. Experience with implementation of wing policies and instructions relating to Emergency Management (EM). (limit characters)
4. Ability to develop, coordinate, and schedule annual review of Memoranda of Agreement/Memorandum of Understanding (MOA/MOU) and Mutual Aid Agreements (MAA). (limit characters)
5. Skilled in developing, implementing, and conducting wing EM and CBRN related training for first and emergency responders, specialized teams, and wing personnel. (limit characters)
