Assessment 1
Specialized Experience for GS-15 - You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes experience overseeing a Human Resources Policy organization and/or writing and developing federal Human Resources Policy; AND
Researching and analyzing issues, advising senior management, and developing sound programmatic recommendations to resolve Human Resources issues.
The experience must demonstrate experience with a range of federal Human Resources Programs (Staffing, Position Classification, Employee & Labor Relations, Benefits, Pay & Leave, etc.)
