Thorough knowledge of DoD, Joint Staff, NGB, DA, DAF, ARNG, and ANG strategic planning systems and procedures; active duty and reserve component forces in and around the state; and interface with other commands to develop, update, coordinate and implement long-range strategic plans, master plans, and programs.
