Specialized experience for GS-14: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as proven proficiency and supportable (as evidenced in the resume) experience in ALL of the following:
-Advising on performance and conduct related employee issues; AND
-Researching and applying case law; AND
