Do you possess at least 36 months of specialized working experiences in performing, training and/or supervising assigned integrated systems repair and maintenance work operations; Must have working and training experiences in the maintenance, repair, and modification of integrated multi-complex avionics systems; Skilled in planning tasks for subordinate workers and expanded knowledge in using the equipment, facilities and materials; Skilled in meeting deadlines, in using time management to satisfy priorities and work assignments based on general work schedules, methods, and policies set by higher level supervisors; Experiences included redirecting individual workers and resources to accomplish unanticipated work; Skilled in articulating work requirements to higher level supervisors and experienced in planning current and future work schedules, budget requests, staffing needs, estimates, and recommending projected work; Competent in researching and addressing work related problems such as, excessive costs or low productivity; and, determining the relevant causes; Experiences included implementing corrective actions, within authority, to resolve work problems; Must have the skill and knowledge to plan work and manage leave schedules; Capabilities include the ability to determine the types and levels of training needs, along with providing mentorship and guidance to subordinates for their professional skill and knowledge improvements; Experienced in writing FWS 2610 performance standards and provided subordinates with formal appraisals of their work performance; Experiences involved advising and counseling workers on how to improve their performance through explanations and demonstrations of work techniques?
