Best Qualifying Criteria
1.
Do you possess at least two (2) years work experience directing one or more DFMWR Support Management Branch at garrison, Region, or HQ?
2.
Do you possess work experience overseeing all phases of major projects to ensure integration and coordination are within established time frames?
3.
Do you possess experience developing and implementing policies and procedures appropriate to FMWR programs and activities that demonstrates working knowledge of DoD policies and regulations?
4.
Do you possess experience executing an effective acquisition, financial management, property. and internal control plan to include demonstrated ability to determine resource needs and allocation of resources for both APF and NAF budgets and analysis of financial data?
5.
Do you possess experience with development, implementation and execution of Strategic Planning pertaining to the operation of FMWR programs and activities?
6.
Do you possess supervisory experience at a division level ensuring that employees are properly selected, evaluated, and compensated and adequately prepared to manage a multi-sector/diverse workforce and a variety of work situations?
