Plan day-to-day progress of projects and plan manpower, equipment, and supplies needed to complete assignments.

Develop and as necessary refine job hazard analysis's (JHA's) and inform employees of safety requirements for job assignment(s).

Prepare standard operating instructions, develop quality and quantity standards, spot checks work operations, and reviews completed work and inspection reports to ensure that production and regulatory standards are met.

Conduct condition assessments on various treatment facility equipment (ex. pumps, controls, compressors, process piping, and analyzing equipment).

Serve as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) on contracted work.

Review completed work to determine compliance with specifications and guidelines.

Maintain records for analyzing, reviewing, and providing report information to utility customers, supervisors, management, local, county and state health department officials, OSHA employees or other regulatory and non-regulatory entities.
